Heviz is famous for its thermal lake, therefore waterlily is its symbol. The town wants a symbolic extension regarding the existing market takes place next to the main road entering the city. The concept uses a structural system referring to the organic buildup of the waterlily both on the existing and the new building. The new building is also a gate with a pedestrian through traffic. In the middle of the plot a new multifunctional central square invites special events next to the weekly Heviz fair.
