Heviz is famous for its thermal water. The region offers a small choice of residential building for recreation especially in a close distance to the thermal lake. The building contains cca 80 apartments for the guests. The peat soil allows to build the garage storage on the surface, so the building stands on a "activity" platform. The apartments are homogeneous, all of them face the woods and also the city. To increase the number of apartments, we break a straight line, and multiplied the blocks through an angled poly line.
